Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a return (if applicable):
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may have already been processed and shipped. Refunds and returns.
